Master of Business Administration
The Department of Management offers Master of Business Administration program with an intake of 60 students. The Department was started in 1993 with the introduction of MBA course
It received AICTE recognition during 1994. In 1995, it received Institutional status christened ‘Vijayanagara Institute of Management Studies (VIMS). In the year 2010, it has become the Department of studies in Business Administration under Vijayanagara Sri Krishnadevaraya University
The MBA course content is of international relevance and is administered through a modern pedagogy which, inter-alia, includes cases and project assignments forming an optimal mix. The focus of our curriculum is multi skilling and reskilling.
